Introduction to Gender Mainstreaming und Diversity Management This method serves to sensitise and inform participants about gender mainstreaming and diversity management, together with learning about human rights / democratic values. They gain knowledge about the social dimension, are sensitised to deal with the issues in a responsible way and are able to change perspectives. Furthermore, they are given the opportunity to reflect on their personal attitudes and experiences. They practice group discussions and opinion forming. Based on this knowledge, they can adapt or change their attitudes and behaviour towards gender mainstreaming and diversity management.

idea:

This method aims to raise awareness and deepen participants' understanding of the concepts of gender mainstreaming and diversity management, thus increasing their understanding of the core values and functioning of an informed civil society. They will better understand the concept of gender mainstreaming and diversity management. This activity will not only raise the participants' general awareness and understanding of the issues, but also teach them about their importance in a democratic society.

This method aims to increase participants' awareness and understanding of the concepts of gender mainstreaming and diversity management and the core values and functioning of a democratic civil society.

It is recommended to use this workshop/reflection unit with groups you already know and have worked with.
