The workshop brings together organizations and active citizens in the region. It is intergenerational and supports young people's ideas to improve their quality of life and get the younger generation to work together. Mutual enrichment takes place and volunteering develops.

idea:

This type of workshop is suitable for rural areas. It involves a business company that is socially responsible. It enables intergenerational meetings and requires the role of workshop moderator. The aim is to discuss in the community ideas of young people on how to improve life in the region, how to support volunteering and strengthen networking in the community.
The workshop uses group work that rotates and solves prepared questions.

vision:

You are in the attention of the participants who have their place. Greet and start the workshop with a welcome. You formulate the goal or the reason why you invited the participants. You can present your idea at a short powerpoint, 4-6 slide, where you will explain how you think about the situation and what you want.

The workshop uses intergenerational dialogue and work in smaller groups with the help of specific questions and tasks. There is a recorder in the group. Participants do not evaluate opinions, there is brainstorming and understanding of personal experiences. Then there is a presentation of outputs from groups, the formulation of ideas that participants consider useful and are interested in participating in the implementation.

A larger room is suitable, where you can work in 3-4 places in work groups. There is a flipchart or a large piece of paper for writing down ideas. It is good to have a question or task prepared in advance and written at the table. You ca
