Solidarity Bread

We want to promote the integration of refugees , contact between
different classes, companies and institutions in Passau but at the same time we want to do something good
 for disadvantaged people. The basic idea comes from the Bread Houses Network in Sofia and was introduced by us in Passau. 

This is a project that is being carried out in cooperation with the University of Passau and our association.

We want:

3. contribute to the reduction of prejudices and
4. learning new skills together

2. Division into groups (ideally one moderator per group)
3. Preparation of the dough

Hygiene rules must be respected

Baking ingredients (flour, butter etc), as well as baking utensils (mixing bowl, dough hook etc.) 

Tasting the bread together; reflection and discussion on what to expect at the next meeting could be made
